I had an amazing time at this hotel, being able to relax by the beautiful pool area and take advantage of the convenient access to the beach. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, I did face a frustrating check-in process, along with some unexpected fees, which was a letdown. Despite these issues, the comfortable ambiance and memorable stay made it worthwhile.
